This makes a thick and smooth 99% fat-free Greek-style unsweetened yoghurt with a mild taste. Works in any yoghurt maker (Hansells, Easiyo, Breville, etc), guaranteed.

This is the most versatile yogurt that money can buy, and we eat loads of it. It's thick enough to dollop on cakes and you can mix in some jam or fruit if you like it sweet.

Our yoghurts are packed with healthy goodies like acidophilus and bifidus cultures, and the finest New Zealand milk. Making your own fresh yoghurt is the only way to ensure you get the most benefit from these happy cultures, which start to disappear as soon as it's made.

It's great when something healthy also costs less. Cheap yoghurts from the supermarket chiller usually contain a whole bunch of weird ingredients like 'locust bean gum', and 'agar'. Our yoghurt is made simply with milk and cultures, and anything comparable from the chiller is generally 50% more expensive.
