I used this unit in my elderly father's room as an air conditioning unit in summer as the room was very warm due to big windows. Now Dad is in a rest home it needs a new home.

It also acts as a dehumidifier.

There is a remote and a couple of plastic vents as shown on the photo but you will need some ducting if you are using it as an air conditioning unit. The old ducting was too old to sell with this.

It has always worked well.
