Beautiful used Fisher fireplace

Bought it hoping to install at our place in Hamilton only to learn It didn't comply with the emmisions standards for this area and size of land so very sadly we have to let it go, from what I gather it would be fine if you have more than 2 hectares. Could be a stunning rustic feature to your house.
Being second hand there is some scratches, and a little bit off rust on the top and the little sheet of steel inside (as shown in the photo down the flu) , which is hidden anyways, and only half off the bricks which line the inside are there, The plugs on the side are possibly allowances for a wetback set up, This does Not come with a flu
