This is a lovely piece of art for those lovers of Cambridge (in the Waikato). Done in pencil I believe, is signed by Peter Arnold, 1980. Shows the Town Clock, some of the shops & buildings in Main St, and drawn from Victoria Park. Measures 47 x 33cm. Very good condition. Frame is black with a thin gold trim. Pick up only Cambridge East.
I will try and take a better photo as the picture looks much better than it does in the photo. There is no yellowing down the sides as it might appear in the photo.
