An awesome an unusual little picture that looks like it really does have the sun shinning through. This may be done on a metal base perhaps to give that effect. Is very hard to photo to show that effect with the reflection etc. So its a neat little cheerful piece really. Frame looks to be a mottled effect marble or granite breccia type look and is plastic.
