*Each item is custom made as per order. *Matt Black is a default colour, if you would like another colour, please contact me. Car decals default colour is white unless otherwise requested. *Decal/s and instructions come rolled up and protected with paraffin paper.I will also supply my business card so you can have a look at my website.If by mishap you do not receive instructions,I can email them to you. *You will receive your item in a postal tube or envelope depending on what's appropriate for the item. *Will not damage walls so fantastic for rental properties but you must follow the instructions on how to remove. *Our vinyl is the highest quality sign vinyl and being so means there is a UV rating of 7 yrs, but obviously if your item is applied internally then your item will last as long as you want it to. *You can not take the decal off and take it with you to another room house or anywhere else. *No refunds are given if you have damaged,or changed mind after the item being made. *As each item is custom made, please allow a couple of days to make the item,and then 2-3 weeks for delivery as it is coming from Australia. *If you would not stick a sticker on concrete, then you would not stick a decal on concrete.The surface you intend to stick it on should be smooth, clean and non porous. *Please if you do not know how to apply a decal to the wall,or if you feel concerned about the steps,please read the instructions fully or contact us for help.
