it is fully operational and uses two phillips household light bulbs, which is radiated through the head lamp to give off a good amount of bright light which also has a lovely softness to it.

All fastenings and fittings are in excellent condition, the only fault i have found is is the foot push button option is not working at times, but otherwise the lamp plugs into wall and works perfectly.
