Description: The Metaltex Rotary Grater comes with a set of 5 interchangeable grating disks. Three disks provide fine grating in three levels, while two shave larger pieces. Built into the handle is a pressing device, holding food against the circular grater below. Simply attach the required grating disk, place ingredients into the food holder, and squeeze the handle to hold the food firm against the grating disk. The oversized crank provides good torque, so less force is exerted when grating while still getting good results. Features:
