This Set is approximately 5 years old, covered in a Chocolate Brown faux Suede with scotch gaurd to protect the fabric.

1 x 2 Seater in reasonable condition, padding in seat is a little worn from use, and has a couple of stains otherwise in good condition.

1 x Chaise which can easily seat two people, very comfortable and is in the best condition of the set no stains at all or marks.

1 x Lazy Boy chair purchased after the 2 seater and chaise. Does not match the set however the colour is very very close and you would not be able to tell it doesnt all go together.
Lazy Boy has a slight tear in it.

Must all go together, selling as we have purchased a bigger lounge suite which we require for our family.
