If you use a gas bbq you are not a real man. It is as simple as that. Really- why even bother.
A weber charcoal barbie is what you need if you want food with taste. This one is the larger model and can (and does) cook anything up to a turkey with ease.
The temperature is very controllable using the vents and an excellent flavour is guaranteed every time.
If you have no pride and just want to burn your shitty old chop, then go back inside and turn on your Shacklock
This is about 5 yrs old and in good nick- it's not like they wear out or anything- and you'll look cooler than if you buy a new one. The handle is slightly melted because I had had one too many and hung the lid off the wrong bit- but that's character.
