Just heat the oven up with a small wood fire inside, push the ashes to the side and cook for hours. You can cook virtually anything in the Authentic Oven. New Zealand made by professionals who know there craft.

The hearth (base) is solid heat resistant aluminate with fibre & re-bar and fire bricks covering the entire cooking surface which holds the heat perfectly. Correct density hearth to volume and height of dome cooks pizza EVENLY. Nothing worse then burnt toppings and uncooked crust.

There are many ovens on the market these days so be careful to do your research with experts in the field.

Some of the products used, Compressed high alumina Fire Brick, 100% Ceramic insulating blanket (used in Kilns), fibre enriched refractory mortars, illuminate cements & much more. GAS option now available.

We recommend the use of an infrared temperature thermometer as we have tested the probes and believe the infrared to be much more accurate and reliable.
