Postage - We post daily from our OZ warehouse using Express couriers international. Delivery times are between 2-4 working days. This service provides full tracking of items and requires signature on delivery adding extra piece of mind to your purchase. Items can be tracked on NZ post office website. Once dispatched tracking number will be sent to you.

Returns - In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, we require the items to be returned to our local office in Wellington. Once received we will contact you with details of replacement.
