Neoregelia 'Exotica Pink Panther'
This is a real beauty. Selected from a batch of Neoregelia johannis seedlings off seed from Brazil, this cultivar achieves a spread of 1 metre with broad glossy leaves in multiple shades of pink.
The colours develop early from pup, as soon as the new leaves are exposed to the sun. As the plant grows, the colours keep getting better. As with all Neo. johannis, this is quite a strong and hardy plant, able to take salt spray and light frosts.
You are bidding on the very large bare root pup shown in the second photo. It's approx 70cm long with an 80cm spread. I was intending to plant this up as a mother plant, but have since decided to sell it.
