You are bidding on one Shower of Gold Rambling Rose. It is dated 1910. Spectacular clusters of fragrant, small, yellow rosette blooms, fade to cream. Glossy foliage. The trailing canes are thornless and are good on a pergola or as we grow it, trained along a rope. There are small prickles at the backs of the leaves. It has a big flush in spring/summer and intermittently repeats through the rest of the season into autumn. A part of the Wichuraiana Rambler family and can grow to 3.5m.

We are a small nursery that specialises in rare, beautiful, tough, healthy old, roses. All our roses are grown on their own roots in planter bags (PB6.5, 3.7 litres of very good quality potting mix) in a chemical spray free environment. They are good size plants, not growing on lines. We trial all our roses in our 3 acre show garden.
