An old time favourite variety of winter squash. Flesh is bright orange, fine textured and quite sweet. Delicious in pies or cut into serving size pieces and baked or steamed. Excellent storing quality through the winter.
The Blue Hubbard Squash is variety of Hubbard Squash introduced in 1898 by the Ferry-Morse Seed Company.
