Spa filter should be washed out at least once a week with a hose and replaced every 6 to 12 mths to keep water sparkling
** the secret to having a clean spa is to have a clean filter ** if your spa has a dirty filter it causes damage to the pumps as the pumps are trying to suck water through a blocked filter .
