The well itself is made with treated timber and is suitable for outdoors, however the lid and heart decorations on the sides are mdf and will not last long if wet. My husband made this for my wedding 1 and a half years ago.
He cut the lid designs out and a royal blue fabric was set in between two pieces. The lid is held on by two screws (supplied)
