How to do that? Very easy! *********­

1. Roll the small Heart shape balloon long ways and feed it into the large Clear balloon, but leave the neck sticking out.

2.Blow air into the smaller balloon to the appropriate size. Tie it so the air won't escape.

3.Then, blow into the outside Clear balloon, so it will grow bigger than the inside balloon, then tie it.
