The Parabeam® STANDARD-Series is a simple and reliable New Zealand made solution for monitoring long driveways or stretches of ground up to 40 wide per zone. Wireless range is 300-400m typical (800m Max and 100m worst case, it is 100% determined by obstacles such as trees and earth)

Our beam-sets rely on the rock-solid principle of a ‘photoelectric beam’ - a precise detection beam between two points, at a known height above ground. When the beam is crossed by a solid object the intrusion is communicated to a base receiver which may be located a long distance away from the beam-set.

When you are not near the receiver, alerts may be received via Text message via the 3G communicator included. This function is controlled from your phone via text messages.

All of our systems have a 3-Year warranty and excellent technical support and all are serviceable outside of warranty This kit will require suitable posts for the beam-set and the receiving antenna will need to be mounted on an elevated location. There is a 10m coaxial cable that connects it to its receiver. If you are fairly ‘handy’ none of this requires a professional installer.
