It features a high performance media processor and high speed video protocol processor making it capable of H.264 video compression for smooth high definition video, increased FPS and minimal bandwidth consumption

PoE ready and compatible with IEEE 802.1af/at PoE switch or injector (sold separately). You can power up the camera using either the included power adapter or a compatible PoE injector or switch.
