100% Single-Vineyard Chardonnay from Gisborne/East Coast. This wine has a palate of peach, lemon, apricot and a little ripe melon, nicely balanced with a crisp acid, lifting the citrus and stone fruits to the clean fresh finish.
This wine has a wide appeal and will partner with a great range of food. Try Chicken salad or Chinese stir fried fish and tomatoes.
Production Notes:
The grapes were harvested in mid March 2010 in perfect condition and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to secure the intense flavours and freshness.
