This is a complete winemaking kit - with all you need to start making your own delicious wine at home plus more! AND 2 FREE winemaking ingredients kits for 5 litres.

The equipment (all brand new) kit includes:
* 2 x 10L food grade plastic buckets with airtight lids. If you have 2 buckets it is much easier for straining your must (wine) & gives you somewhere to store all your other equipment
* 2 x 5 litre carboys/demi-johns with swing tops; so you can have 2 lots of wine fermenting at the same time &/or have somewhere to "rack" (siphon) your wine in to
* 2 x Rubber bungs with holes for the airlock
* 2 x Airlocks
* 1.5m of food grade siphon tubing
* Nylon straining bag for straining your wine (easier to use & lasts longer than muslin)
* Hydrometer to measure the sugar content in your wine/must
* Litmus (pH) papers to test the acidity of your wine/must

We will also include 2 x 5 litre winemaking ingredients kits so except your fruit, sugar and bottles you will now have everything you need to get started making your own scrumptious homemade wine. Each home winemaking ingredients kit includes:
* 50g Potassium Metabisulphite
* 5g Pectolase
* 5g professional winemaking yeast. Choose between
- Lalvin EC1118. This yeast is a champagne and general purpose yeast and is very reliable and robust. Use this if you are making a dry wine and/or bubbly.
- Lalvin 71B. Known for making blush and semi-sweet wines with a tropical fruit character. Use this if you are making a semi-sweet or sweet wine.
- Lalvin RC212. Specialist red wine yeast & will increase colour extraction. (Not recommended for the novice)
* 6g GO-FERM® Protect, professional winemaking yeast nutrient/protectant
* 1.5g Fermaid A professional winemaking yeast nutrient
* 5g citric acid
* ¼ teaspoon Tannin
