SHIPPING Items can be sent by standard courier for $6 or by signature required courier for $7.50 (recommended). ADD $3.60 TO COURIER FEES FOR RURAL DELIVERY. There are no further shipping charges for an additional 2 items, as long as they are paid for at the same time. Items can be amalgamated within a 3 day period. No pick ups please.
