This is an authentic Michael hill necklace, in original packaging. It was barely worn, and has had the chain replaced with another Michael Hill chain a few months ago. I am only selling because it was from an ex boyfriend and I don't wear it because of that. It has diamond on the heart, and the rest is made of silver.
