LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES All items are sent by Courier Post, non signature. overnight (1-2 extra days for rural delivery) Please be sure your letter box is secure otherwise address the parcel to your work or ask about signature required delivery. If you didn't receive the parcel within 3 working days, please contact me. Courier Post accept claims for lost or damaged parcels within 14 days from the date of sending. After that time no claims are accepted.
