Transportation Modeller specialising in either EMME or CUBE Voyager Modelling software
This dynamic consultancy specialising in Traffic Planning and Transportation Engineering. They pride themselves on their strategic thinking to improve Transportation across New Zealand. Their focus is on making journey's remarkable through strategy, policy, commercial activity, alternative travel and network improvement.
In this job you will be responsible for undertaking and supervising transportation modelling work through all stages, including; client contact, project management, data analysis, model development, scoping, and model applications.
To succeed in this position you need to be the sort of person who can balance working alone as well as part of a team taking on responsibilities whilst showing an aptitude for intersection design and analysis. A tertiary degree in Traffic Engineering or Transportation Planning and proven experience in developing and applying EMME or CUBE Voyager transport models including the calibration and validation of models is imperative in this job as is exceptional communication skills both written and oral. The ability, enthusiasm, determination, initiative to overcome challenges and creatively solve problems will make you a good fit for this position.
