You won't be working for any old agency... Search Republic is part of the Online Republic group which is a global travel company with bookings of over $250m and 170+ staff and offices in NZ, AU, and China. We specialise in digital marketing and spend over $12m of our own money on paid traffic.

We are looking for someone who is super sharp, and can hit the ground running, understand data, create spreadsheets and charts and be able to communicate them to clients. Plus have the ability to undertake industry research for clients and write succinct reports for clients in paid search.

Your role will include:

  • Building out accounts and maximising performance across clients' paid search campaigns across a variety of different brands
  • Responsibility for managing a range of PPC campaigns utilising the Google search and Display network and Bing platform
  • Focusing on Conversion Optimisation and advising clients on optimising landing pages
  • Tracking and Reporting
  • Staying up-to-date with all aspects of paid search
  • Communicate and build strong relationships and trust with clients
  • Work closely with the Head of Search to improve internal processes

What skills we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience with Google Adwords
  • Google Adwords Certified preferred and GA qualified a bonus
  • Good at communicating and confident in working directly with Blue chip clients and bringing new and creative ideas to clients' accounts
  • Contributes to team success
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Able to manipulate raw data from text or a csv file into meaningful reports
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and lively organisation
  • Excellent in oral and written communications. This is a must! FLUENT in English.
  • Organised and proactive. You can work autonomously with little supervision and can be trusted to exceed in the tasks assigned to you.
  • Team player, add to an already great team culture
  • You're humble, smart, likable, enthusiastic and fun! Don't bother if you have an ego
