With a history of implementing leading digital capability, NZ winning Livechat experience and voted in the Top 3 in New Zealand for digital customer experience, they have a newly created role of Digital Platform & Performance Manager - you'll be reporting into the Head of Distribution and Business Systems - you'll be responsible for leading the company's digital platforms, e-Commerce and self-service capabilities, helping drive their multi- strategy and maximising their growth and profitability. You will have 5 direct reports.

You'll be doing:

  • Working closely with Marketing and Distribution to develop and implement e-Commerce strategies
  • Leading the Digital Platform and Performance team to continuously work to drive an industry leading user experience
  • Developing, implementing & evaluating digital strategies and roadmaps for improvements that will contribute to achieving business goals
  • Developing, promoting and growing digital activities as a channel of profitable business
  • Working closely with business partners and stakeholders to implement e-Commerce strategies and utilise channel innovations
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends to maximise opportunities and minimise risks
  • Promoting a highly customer centric digital leadership culture by influencing product development that meets customer and market needs

  • Performance analysis techniques
  • UX experience
