We won Steven Adams basketball boots at a massive auction fundraiser (paying ALOT of money) to support a whanau member who successfully made NZ under 13s basketball team to travel to the U.S. in 2014

Steven Adams was happy to consent re-auction of his autographed boots ( again worn by Steven Adams in the 2013/14 NBA season) and autographed basketball to support another two wonderful causes.

1. NGO Kokiri Maraes two programmes, boys mentoring programme - for under previleged/disadvantaged boys & Tama Tu Tama Ora maori mens development group programme - confronting family violence.
2. Our local Rugby League club promoting family violence free whanau & rugby league communities in partnership with 'Its not ok' campaign - ITS TIME FOR CHANGE WHANAU!

Steven Adams was selected with the 12th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft by the Oklahoma City Thunder, becoming the first New Zealander to be selected in the first round of an NBA draft. On 12 July 2013, Steven Adams signed with the Thunder. That same day, he helped the Thunder become the first-ever champions of the Orlando Summer League with an 85–77 win over the Houston Rockets.

Steven Adams achievements and his rise in the NBA this year has been incredible. This was endorsed by MVP Kevin Durant himself.
