This fixed head stainless bowl mixer is a great pizza dough mixer, 32 litre 25kg capacity.. plenty of grunt but single phase 230 volt power on a standard 3 pin plug so you can use it anywhere there is standard power. I have the slightly smaller mixer in use for our Pizza Caravan set up here in Pauanui so if you can get here for a demonstration I will organise that , no problem. This machine is ideal for 10 kg bag mix.
