Its my favourite type of oven that is so clever and the magic word is Impinger.

If you are unfamiliar as to why you want an impinger oven then get grab your slippers and get comfy:

When you put something in your oven to cook there is a bubble of cold air around it that helps to insulate the food from the heat making cooking time longer. The bubble disappears as the food heats up.

An impinger oven uses jets of hot air to break up the cold bubble around the food. This means the food cooks much quicker - assisted by the hot air jets. This speeds up cooking time significantly - as much as 30 percent.

What that means is you use an impinger oven in high volume establishments producing the same food like Pizza.

But the technology is not cheap and if you look on Burns and Ferrall for a Lincoln Countertop Conveyor Impinger oven it is $15800+GST which makes mine a bargain!!

The last impinger oven we sold had a retail cost of over $35000. They are awesome but not cheap

This oven is in excellent condition with a bit of wear and tear that you get from use in a kitchen. I suspect that whoever owned this one knew its value and made sure it was looked after as it is one of the cleanest commercial ovens we have had. It will need to be hard wired or wired up by an electrician. It is single phase 32 amp.

A great feature of conveyor ovens is that once they are set little more attention is required and the speed will help with the lunch rush
