THIS AUCTION, by ORIGO is for a brand new Single GARAGE KITSET in Colorcote finish of 5.4m long (deep) x 3m wide x 2.1m stud height. The price of $6,161.95 includes GST.

The complete building set comprises: 0.40mm Zincaluminium profiled steel Roof Sheets, Wall Cladding and Flashings; Timber Frame; 1x Tilt door; 1x PA door; 4x Window panes; 2x Gutters; 2x Down pipes. Roof pitch: 15°. Applicable bolts, washers, nuts, nails, screws and bracing are galvanized.

The building frame consists of 90mm x 45mm LVL jFrame treated stress-graded timber. Wall studs are no more than 600mm apart and trusses no more than 1.2m apart. All frame joints are notched and housed for added strength and visual appeal.

Parts to assemble the garage are pre-cut.
