Shipping
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you in NZ. A PROMOTIONAL FREE SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO NZ. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hrs depending on weekends. Normal delivery times we are finding to NZ is on average 5 working days, this of course could be slightly longer due to parcel weight or significantly longer at holiday times like xmas etc.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If the goods are simply being returned because the order is no longer wanted for any reason then goods can be returned at buyers cost for item refund only.
