1 Collared lifejacket per person onboard must supplied. Sports buoyanncy vests without collars do not meet this compulsory maritime law as they do not work to keep the head out of the water. These are perfect for sports but not as a lifejacket. These Oceanmate lifejackets meet do the NZ lifejacket standards. They are well made and we have sold hundreds over the years without issue.

Traditional style foam PFD Type 1, approved to New Zealand Standard 5823 and designed to be comfortably worn for general recreational boating applications in coastal and offshore waters.
