Money to be made here at this price

Boat is currently at Pine harbour Marina on the hard.
Boat in reasonable condition. It does need work, but is well usable.

The buy now price will include a 30ton swing mooring at Waiheke Island and the paint for the hull above the water line.

This is good project for someone, I just don't have the time as I already have too many projects.
