Application:
This Battery Electrical System Analyser (with Printer) is a new way of measuring the Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) of a car battery and it tests a wide variety of 12V batteries: Wet (Flooded), VRLA or Maintenance Free (MF), Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF), Absorption Glass Mat (AGM) and GEL cell.
The BSA tests the car battery electrical system and is equipped with a printer to print the test results.
New Technology:
The Battery Systems Analyzer uses a unique electrical measurement called the conductivity method. This determines the ability of a battery to transmit current through its internal structure.
Conductivity is measured by probing the battery with a small AC current ripple that generates a small AC voltage response. This measures the relative ratio of the variation in current with the variation in voltage.
By using this method to test and analyse the conditions of the 12V battery, the battery can be tested and analysed whether it is on or off the vehicle.
