Racetech RT4009 Race Seat Fundraiser

The SpeedSport Scholarship programme is New Zealand’s most successful motorsport programme for young driver development. The annual SpeedSport Scholarship provides the winner with an entry programme into single-seater racing, with a fully funded drive in the New Zealand Formula First championship with the championship winning Sabre Motorsport team. Founded in 2000 as a partnership between Sabre Motorsport and NZ SpeedSport magazine, the annual Scholarship has launched the careers of some of New Zealand’s best motor racing drivers including stars such as Richie Stanaway and Shane Van Gisbergen. With the demise of SpeedSport magazine in 2010, the renowned programme continues on with support from our sponsors and ‘Friends of the Scholarship’. In support of the 2017 Scholarship, Racetech is auctioning a RT4009 FIA Approved race seat and side mounting brackets. All proceeds from this auction will go directly to the SpeedSport Scholarship, so get in behind this worthy cause and support a future champion.
