With this product you can adjust your cam shaft just by changing the settings on the cam gear, positively or negatively. This will therefore get your vehicle running properly after all those engine modifications you have done when the factory cam gears cannot keep up with the changes. Even if you haven't done your internals a cam gear will still help your vehicle run with much better performance!
