Year,Make,Model is a must have. Rego/plate number would also help.

Most cars have the chassis details on the fire wall of the car behind the engine. Some cars run these details on the l/h b piller or later model nissans can have them in front of the drivers seat carpet or if you have a european car, the last 7 digits of the chassis number please.

Engine type and engine number if your request is mechanical,Engine number is usually found on a silver tag on the firewall under the bonnet.

For Gearbox and Automatic transmission enquirers we must have a transmission code which is also printed on a silver tag under the bonnet on your fire wall

For all other part enquirers IE, headlights, tail lights etc,etc, please supply part number printed on the part its self.

If you are having any problems finding your part numbers please just ask us and we can help you find them.
