Subaru Race Engine, EJ25 Longblock, 600+ HP

Anybody want an engine that is built to withstand high amounts of horse power without breaking. Capable of over 600hp with the right turbo/fuel system and tune.

- Starting with an EJ20 closed deck block. Machined and doweled.
- Fitting 100mm (piston diameter) flanged sleeves capable of holding 50psi boost. O-ringed.
- Mahle 100mm forged pistons.
- Eagle rods.
- STI bigend and main bearings.
- STI 2.5 crank.
- STI head gaskets.
- All other gaskets & seals.
- Head stud kit.
- Version 3-4 (shim under bucket) or 7-9 heads (solid shim, variable inlet cam).
- Ported, polished, and flowed. New valve springs with titanium retainers, all valve clearances set. 5 angle valve grind.
- New waterpump, cambelt, tensioner, bearings, 2008 version 10 high flow oil pump.

As this engine is more suited for a race car it could be used on the street with no problems at all. However a tuneable ecu would be required to make it run properly and would be necessary if it is going to be raced.

This is a longblock only, no inlet or exhaust mainfolds, flywheel, spark plugs, coils, thermostat and main crank pully.
