Description
NEW Inline 100A Circuit Breaker for classic and vintage cars. Modern cars have a fusible link near the battery to protect them from fires caused by short circuits before the fuse box. This is a smart upgrade for older cars to make them safe as many of them don't even have a fuse box!
The water resistant case is 100mm long by 25mmm wide. It supports up to 4AWG (5mm) thick power cables and can be free hanging or mounted using the 40mm square bracket.
Simple to install, cut your existing power wire from the battery or starter solenoid and fit this in the circuit, so that all power except the starter motor current goes through it.
No fuses to replace...just reset the circuit breaker if there's a short circuit! It also has a manual over ride button to isolate the battery when working on the car, so no need to disconnect the battery cables.
