Switch flicks to on/off position.
4 posts for wires to connect at positions 1,6,7,&8 1 &7 connected permanently 1&7 connect to 6 and off for 8 when switch is centred 1&7 connect to 8 and off for 6 when switch is down 6&8 don't connect at all.
