Has an awning blue and grey… not shown – It has a few rips that have been patched and small repairs done to it. Hasn’t been used in a while, so not sure if it leaks.

No current REG or WOF (We haven’t put it through for WOF as it has been stationary in Christchurch as emergency accommodation for my daughter and family since the earthquake). It was towed over from Westport to Christchurch with current WOF and REG and hasn’t moved since….. So probably won’t need much to get road standard.

Could be used for a sleep out or a temporary home while waiting for repairs to be carried out on earthquake damaged home or hook it up and head off for a holiday
