Has a brand new 6 month road registration, number plate and road wof flew through the wof check with no issues or notes!!

Here we have a 1974 Alpha Colonial 4 .5 4 berth in very good order for it's age due for a paint but could be used as it is body work is good and fairly straight with minimal bumps and bruises paint has faded chassis is all ok has very good radial tires comes with a spare wheel interior is factory original and very good for the age squabs have been recovered and are of the thicker type and comfy ceiling is original and shows no signs of past or present leaking damage front parcel tray needs a repair as has de-laminated from a small leak around windscreen rubber has an electric fridge has a gas cooker but no gas cert has a full length awning in good condition has all steel poles, pegs, ropes and draft skirt has window in awning at the rear awning has two zip up door ways no electrical cert however comes with a power lead and last cert was 2012 wall linings are all original and ok no brakes to worry about has rear parking legs has holland blinds which work a couple of side opening windows have small cracks but not too serious has one broken window catch however there is a new catch supplied to fix this roof would benefit a water blast entry door lock has been changed at some stage some interior door catches need replacing or magnets fitted (easy fix) kitchen sink drain plug socket needs a repair interior wardrobe mirror has a small crack as seen in photos

overall still a very good older caravan ready to use as a spare room at the beach or get a road and electrical wof and go touring!!
