REFUND POLICY

1. Refund and exchange requests received within the first 7 days from the delivery date of the item will be entertained.
2. Items must be in the original unused condition with full set of tags.
3. Made to measure items will only be exchanged or refunded if there is a problem with the workmanship. Items must be return as per section 1 and must be in a condition as per section 2 of this policy.
4. Jacket/Pants that has been customised as per customer’s request will not qualify for refund or exchange as such items can not be re-sold.
5. Refund/exchange requests made due to issues with size will only be entertained if a wrong size was sent to you. In case, a customer had provided wrong measurements, then such requests will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
6. The retailer does not provide repair services after seven days of product receipt by the customer.
7. Shipping and Trade Me success fee is not refundable under any circumstances and shipping for all return items must be paid by the buyer.
