Instructions for use:

1. Just prior to each use, 'knead' the earplugs between your fingers for (10 seconds) to soften & make them mouldable.
2. Using your index finger, push firmly & flatten the ear plug in and against your ear opening until a good seal is felt.
3. To remove simply pinch the ear plug between your thumb and index finger, then gently pull down & outward.
