BMW K1 1991

Rego lapsed. Need re-VIN'ing Old plate 82TLW Frame # 6377721 Km's are as from speedo.

I purchased some years ago with intention of customising tomorrow... Tomorrow never seems to come, and now I need funds for a business venture, so sadly she needs to go.

Black (with a green tint I think). Front guard has been repaired and needs re-paint. Grey seat that has no rips but has cracks in covering. Tyres are good. Has heated grips. Was running when I got her. If I get the time I will try to get running. Battery is dead. Has some scratches on panels and minor cracks (common on these). Missing lid for small department next to tank on r/h side. Has the extra switches on the left side of the tank and also the fuel gauge and temp gauge on the sides. (The 'budget' version of the K1 did not come with these)

But apart from that she should be a goer and ready to take for VIN (thou as she has been sitting for years I would recommend a proper service before you go riding around the country!). But even if she will be OK for VIN/WOF there is some minor stuff that you might want to sort like the seat, a cracked indicator lense and similar.

When all sorted and tidy these sell for $6k - $9K. This is your chance to grab one for half the price! If I get the time (???) I might get her on the road and a tidy up. But obviously the price will go up... probably $5K
