Immaculate restored Suzuki RM250D VMX steed.
Bare metal restoration including full engine rebuild.
This bike already was in great condition
with little use.

Really too much to list but will give the main points...

Engine; New Main, Big end and Little end bearings.
New 1st over piston kit, Rebore.
All new engine seals including water pump.
Crank Rebalanced.

Radiators disassembled flushed and rebuilt ($400 alone)

New clutch plates.

Frame stripped sandblasted and resprayed with 2K.

Rear shock flushed, new oil and re gassed.

New Swingarm, Cush Lever and Shock and Rear Wheel bearings and seals.

New Fork Seals and Oil.

New throttle cable and NOS levers.

New chain and sprockets, chain guides and rollers.

Stock Chamber unzipped panel beated and Stock silencer repacked. Both look as new.
Has original seat cover and side panels though front and rear guards are both new.
New tyre s fitted.
New Twin Air filters.
Even sports the original side stand.

Bike starts first kick and runs and sounds like a new one. (I know as I had one back in the day)
Thousands spent not to mention countless hours to bring this old girl back to showroom condition.
Engine builder remarked the engine is in extremely good condition throughout with very little apparent use.

Very reluctant sale I was going to race both this and the RM500D listed but have too many projects on the go.
