VW Trike built by myself back in 2011. 1600 Air cooled VW motor running twin Dellorto's. Goes really well.

Front end is an old 45 design from the states that again i fabricated out of solid bar instead of tube to stop the front end lifting under acceleration, this works really well (more luck than judgement but hey ho) It also helps with handling and cornering.

Front wheel is Kawasaki VN 1500 which carries a Fat tyre which also helps keep the front wheel traveling in the direction you want it.

Rear end is home made rolled steel with 295 / 50 / 15's Cragers which gives it a cool fat ass look from the back. Tent rack and custom chrome racks on the fenders for all that camping shit to the rallies.

Accelerator, clutch and rear disc brakes are foot controlled so no more numb hands. Stainless exhaust cannons (rather loud) Engine had been rebuilt when i bought it from previous owner but i have no proof of work done. It certainly runs like a reconditioned motor though, no smoke, knocks or noises.

Faults? idle is a tad lumpy think it needs smaller jets but it has never bothered me cause as soon as your on the main jets it's spot on. Rear fenders and side panels are vinyl covered, i have been meaning to get a spray job over the last couple of years but have changed the rear fenders 3 times and quite like the idea of changing the whole look of the trike every year for the fraction of the cost of a spray job?

Any questions just ask, seeing as i built it i know every intimate detail, its on 12 month WOFs as its only 3 and a bit years old and will come with new WOF and 3 months rego to new owner. I also have spare 1200 vw motor and an EA82 Subaru motor and adapter plate that will double the horsepower! thought about it myself but its quick enough as it is really but up to you!
