I purchased this bike back in 2004 at 10,000 km after it had sustained some cosmetic damage from an accident which had damaged the fairing and front end, but motor and frame were untouched, so had it cut down to a naked bike with removable fairing, single headlight and Tiger staunchions which make the ride more upright rather than leaning forward. The longer staunchions give greater ground clearance around corners and it is very hard to scrape.
Also have shortened exhausts which make bike loud, but still have original quiet exhausts which are easy to fit if you don't like loud pipes.
Good tyres. Reliable motorcycle with smooth ride and plenty of go.
